Hi Victor,

This error looks like the result of not having any stations (or  
perhaps only one?) in your data file.  The plotregr code should  
probably check for this condition, but it currently does not.  You  
can either fix it (by checking that @$staref is non-zero before using  
it), or work around the problem by adding a couple of dummy stations  
to the output/stationlist.xml file for the event.

I'll add the fix to my to-do list for the next release.
