Hi Vince,

These are old versions of scale.ps that I left in there just in case  
someone had trouble generating the new ones.  New ones should be made  
when the user does the "make all" step during installation.  If those  
versions don't work for some reason, you can try one of the older  
versions (generated with different versions of GMT), by renaming them  
"scale.ps" (and "tvscale.ps").  But the new ones really should work...
