[Shake-admin] shakemap comment from don sorben

I would like to be able to determine the actual amount of ground movement during an earthquake. Can I get an estimate using the formula:

S = V^2 / (2a)

Where S = distance moved
              V = peak velocity
              a = peak acceleration
