[Shake-admin] shakemap comment from Payam Khashaee

I am interested to get an 'envelope' Isoseismal map (MMI) of all existing earthquakes, probably in color, in Southern California.  It will give me an insight that what is the maximum intensity ever felt in that region based on all existing records and historic observation data.

Is this map available?

It would also be nice to be able to designate an address on the map as a red dot.
