[Geomag-operations] Barrow (BRW) data unavailability

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for notifying us about the BRW data dropout over the weekend, and
sorry we didn't respond to you sooner. The issue with BRW resolved itself
before we even saw your email, and no raw data was actually lost (although
back-filling may not have completed nearly as quickly as the real time
stream became available again). Some of our real time derived products
still have gaps, but these are not intended to be backfilled.
As of 5 March, 2019, we do not know specifically what the problem was, just
that there was a loss of communication between the remote station and our
operations center in Golden, CO. Our data transmission system is designed
to weather and recover from outages much longer than this one.
We are not currently worried about the data quality, but let me know if you
have any other questions or concerns.
