[Geomag-operations] GOES transmissions missing

All,
This morning I tried to restart the transmissions at the following
observatories, with the following actions:

Fredericksburg. We need to try resetting the Microcomm.  It won't take the
date/time.  John Humphrey, if you see this message, temporarily remove the
power from the Microcom transmitter (in Eric's old office), and reply to
this message.

Shumagin.  Restarted MagWorm

Tucson. The Display PC is offline.  I've 'cc's Alex on this email, but he
should be called.
