[Geomag-operations] Total Field data from Guam

Kat,
If you haven't noticed over the last 10 days or so, there has been long
periods where we have been getting disturbed Total Field values at the Guam
Observatory.

As an attempt to rectify this, at your first opportunity, please do a power
reset of the GSM- 19 Overhauser mag.  There is a power switch in the right
side of the electronics console.  Just shut it down for 30 seconds, then
switch it back on.
