[Geomag-operations] Temp sensor Troubleshooting Guide

Hello Ed
I will install next week, gonna wait until we see how we do with the
typhoon.
There are talking possible cat 5 so, anything external is going to be at
risk, looks like it will go a little above us but these typhoons are known
to quickly change direction.
