[Geomag-operations] Windows update at Fresno

All,
 I just took a call from Mary Jones at Fresno.  She was asking about how to
handle the windows update window asking for a restart.

I logged in, and postponed the restart.  I told her we like to handle these
updates, so we can deal with what ever happens.

Anyway,  for the next few hours, she will be entering her absolutes, then
she will leave the observatory.

If a restart can be done, please do so,
