[Geomag-operations] Boulder and Fresno GOES transmissions

All,
This AM, I tried to get the GOES transmissions restarted at Boulder and
Fresno, and found the following:

Boulder:  I accessed the Display PC, and stopped the MagWorm App.  I could
not find the Microcom app, and then I noticed the Magworm App was no longer
on the desktop either.  I looked int the the programs but couldn't find the
Magworm app there either.

Fresno:  I accessed the Display PC, stopped Magworm, and opened up the
Microcom utility.  But, when I tried to access the Microcom, via the
'Configure/Monitor/Deploy GTX' tab, a reply of Please Select a Comm Port
tab was shown.  I restarted Magworm, and it looks like the GOES module
restarted.  Did Magworm not give up the Comm Port?
