Kat,
We have been seeing gaps in your data recently. Our first attempt was the
GPS clock/GPS PPS Buffer Amp you replaced earlier. That needed to be done
regardless, so that was our first attempt, but that didn't remedy the data
gaps.

Now, I will be sending 2 more replacement parts to you (see attached file):

1 GPS Antenna, and 1 Smart Switch.

They should be switched in either order, but only one at a time, with you
letting us know when and what you have replaced.

So, at your first opportunity, replace either the GPS antenna, or the Smart
Switch. After replacing the part, let us know which part you replaced.
Then, wait for word from us as to whether you need to replace the other
part.

With regards to the GPS antenna, be sure to power down the new Trimble GPS
clock in the NEMA box prior to replacing the antenna. Take it from me, if
the GPS clock is powered, either the antenna or the clock can be
damaged. *Been
there, done that!! *

Also, notice the replacement Smart Switch has a power cable attached to it
(hard wired). Keep the old power cable with the plug at the Smart Switch
end for future use.

Thank you,
Ed Sauter
