[Geomag-operations] Fresno and College updates - 14 Feb 2018 (045)

 *Fresno* - While the magnetometer replacement went well at Fresno, another
problem has developed.  The GPS clock has stopped working.  This has
stopped acquisition and hence Fresno is down.  A spare clock is on its way
and should arrive Thursday.  Fresno will be down until the spare clock is
installed tomorrow.

*College* - The data flow from College observatory is currently off-line.
We are still receiving GOES transmissions so the data are still being
collected.  The power was shut off a couple of hours ago.  This was done so
that trees, overhanging the power lines to the site, can be safely
removed.  Power should be restored between 01:00 and 02:00 UT this
evening.  After that the data should back fill on the web page.
