[Geomag-data] network traffic blocked? Re: Near-real-time mag data?

Dear USGS Geomagnetism data team,

Have firewall settings changed on or around November 11 in the USGG.gov<http://usag.gov> domain?

All connections to retrieve 1-minute magnetometer data using your Python client software
from anywhere within the  ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov<http://ccmc.gsfc.nasa.gov> domain (169.154.198.x) seem to be blocked since then.

We are getting timeouts when trying to access USGS web pages from within the domain as well.

Any help would be appreciated.
