[EHPweb] ComCat Downtime

ComCat will be going down today (2014-04-24) at 2:00 MDT for scheduled
maintenance. Maintenance should not exceed more than 2 hours. During this
time ComCat searches will be unavailable. When maintenance is completed
ComCat should automatically catch up on any missed event data.

Real time feeds, data, and web pages are not affected by this change.
