[EHPweb] Notification of server move (ehpdevel)

At 1:00MST, I will be bringing down ehpdevel (and all virtual servers) in
order to move it into our devlab.

The anticipated outage time frame is < 45 min.  This is a physical move to
another computer room.

This will entail IP address changes on all.  The changes will be as follows:

ehpdevel:136.177.50.95

ehpd-earthquake: 136.177.50.96

ehpd-sslearthquake: 136.177.50.97

ehpd-landslides: 136.177.50.98

ehpd-sslgeomag: 136.177.50.99

ehpd-ssllandslides: 136.177.50.100
