[EHPweb] Upcoming Map/Feed/Eventpage Release

We've been working on updates to the earthquake map, feeds, and event
pages. This afternoon I will release these updates into production. Feel
free to take a look at the preview on our staging server before these move
into production:

If you notice any problems or bugs, please let me know ASAP. For reference,
here is a list of what is changing with the upcoming release:
*Map/List:*

Bug Fixes
---------
* Fixed default rendering bug in modes view to properly reflect the state
of
the application.
* Fixed a bug when comparing objects for equality.
* Fixed bug the resulted in blank, black screen when Javascript is
disabled.
New Features
------------
* Window title now reflects the current data displayed in the application.
* Display non-earthquake event types with different symbology on the map.
* Changed event title in list to reflect event type when event is not an
earthquake.
* Improved handling of user notifications of data events/errors.
* Can now save settings to URL. Promotes linking/sharing URLs with specific
settings.
Removed Features
----------------
* Can no longer search in-application. Searches are now performed on
separate
page.
* Can no longer save multiple searches in settings panel. Searches are now
saved using default browser bookmarks.
* Settings no longer saved using cookies and/or localStorage. Settings now
saved in URL fragment.
Minor Changes
-------------
* Updated default content when browser has Javascript disabled.
* Updated documentation to describe new map symbology for non-earthquake
events.

* Added event-type information to all feed formats.
* New search form

enumerated input fields.
* Deleted products now excluded from results unless specifically
requested.
* Can now specify min/max radius for circle searches in kilometers

and maxradiuskm<http://ehps-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov/fdsnws/event/1/#maxradiuskm>
parameters.
*Event Pages:*
* Fixed bug with DYFI form.
* Including dyficode parameter on DYFI form submissions.
* Updated moment tensor table information.
* Change attribution for NC network.
