[EHPweb] Google maps are broken on the EHP website

When I type a value into the slider control fields and hit enter, the 
slider limits are not affected. For example, if I enter 2.0 for the max 
Earthquake Age and hit enter, the earthquakes plotted remain the same 
and the graphical slider remains at 7.0 days for the maximum age. This 
happens for me for both Firefox and Chrome on my linux machine.
