[EHPweb] Google maps are broken on the EHP website

An update to the new earthquake maps this morning has broken the Google maps on the website.  An attempt to quickly fix it broke the new earthquake maps, so that fix was thrown out.

Currently the new earthquake map works and the Google maps don't.

We're working on a fix and will deploy it as soon as we can.
