[EHPweb] ehpstage -> htdocs_unclean folder moved

As per Eric's suggestion to help relieve disk space, I moved 
htdocs_unclean onto ghttrac:/svn/backup/htdocs_unclean.ehpstage.tar.bz2. 
This file will also be backed up by commvault.
