[EHPweb] Large files on ehpdevel

Scott,

I think everything under
/home/www/vhosts/earthquake/htdocs/regional/nca/1906/simulations
is obsolete. All of this stuff appears to now be under
/home/www/vhosts/earthquake/htdocs/regional/nca/simulations

I fixed some broken links and created reduced size HD resolution movies 
and uploaded them. I added the new movies to the repository and removed 
the old ones. I did not commit because I don't remember how to commit to 
the development server and update the master, etc.

1. Please check the changes under
/home/www/vhosts/earthquake/htdocs/regional/nca/simulations
and commit the changes.

2. Please remove
/home/www/vhosts/earthquake/htdocs/regional/nca/1906/simulations
