These servers are going to be changing IP addresses today which means 
there may be issues from cooperators again.

eidsdevel (24.32)       -> 136.177.50.7 (DevZone) Dev-EIDS.cr.usgs.gov 
pdldevel (24.33)        -> 136.177.50.8 (DevZone) Dev-PDL.cr.usgs.gov
