[EHPweb] ehpstage to move to devlab network

This week I will be moving ehpstage into our devlab. 

I'm currently looking up all of the firewall rules to ensure that the 
transition goes smoothly.

I'm waiting on a new IP address so that I can start plugging in the new 
info.
