I re-compiled PHP on EHPMaster to fix a problem with OpenSSL. I used  
the same configuration flags as were previously used. The primary  
difference is that I set an LD flag order to prefer /user/lib over all  
other libraries. Libraries in other locations will still be found if  
they don't exist in this directory, but otherwise this directory will  
take precedence. If you rely on any special PHP extensions, please  
double check they are still properly working on EHPMaster. If you have
