[EHPweb] EHP WEb System Architecture proposal - latest version

Here is an updated version of the EHP Web System Architecture proposal that includes more detail, examples, images, an implementation plan with estimates of effort , and cost.

If you have an interest in this, please provide feedback to me by the end of January.

At this point, the Web Team is fully (over)booked through the end of FY11, so we will not be able to implement any new web system architecture until the end of this calendar year, at the very earliest.
