[EHPweb] ehp3/ehppdl2 unreachable

Subject: Power down in Building 3 computer room

The power in the computer room in building 3 is off. This means that  
machines such as clover (ftp server), the clusters, and others are  
down. Repairs to service are supposed to be in place by noon.
