[EHPweb] Continuing Errors using ProductClient

I am continuing to get intermittent errors using ProductClient to push
ShakeMaps from rumble.geo.berkeley.edu to USGS. Can some please investigate
these problems and report their cause and a solution? 

Here's a sample log entry:
