[EHPweb] Ehpbackup/glddyfi2

The DFC has been having major power issues since Saturdays power outage and
as a result,
 ehpbackup and glddyfi2 are unavailable.

They (doi) were supposed to have everything back up and running on
Saturday, but they ran into serious issues and it caused Golden to have to
failover the primary network.

I also removed ehp1 and 4 from the L3 dns cache.  ehppdl1 didn't seem to
push out updates.  It is my understanding that ehppdl2, which is in MP
should have done this?

As it stands now, DFC DMZ machines appear to be available, however DFC
internal machines are not.
