[EHPweb] Errors pushing ShakeMap nc71555656 to USGS

The Denver Federal Center has had a power outage most of the weekend, and we didn't realize it since our email hasn't been working all weekend thus no alarms via email were received.  They are in the process of bringing everything back up now, I believe, since I am finally beginning to get email again.
