ehpstage is back up.

Until DNS finishes propagating or if you access ehpstage via IP, here are 
all of the IP's:

ehpstage.cr.usgs.gov            136.177.24.110
ehps-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov     136.177.24.113
ehps-sslearthquake.cr.usgs.gov  136.177.24.116

I am bringing down ehpstage to move into the ProdGen zone. 

Will let you know when it comes back online.  Shouldn't be more than about 
30-40 min tops.
