[EHPweb] 3rd Party Sites

Eric,

Your email implies that this policy only applies to 3rd party software (not a big deal), but the linked web page seems to be saying all 3rd party links, which is much more onerous. If it is *all* links, I suggest we (I am willing to volunteer) write a javascript function as part of our template that does this automatically.
