[EHPweb] EHPBackup Resync: Crontab

As part of re-syncing EHPBackup so it can be used as part of the  
website architecture I've taken a look at the existing crontabs for  
quake on EHPMaster (see: crontab-ehpmaster.txt) and EHPBackup (see:  
crontab-ehpbackup.txt). I compared the files to make sure they were as  
similar as possible (see: crontab-merged.txt) then I trimmed that file  
to remove tasks that were commented out or otherwise no longer needed  
(see: crontab-trimmed.txt). I've attached the results. Please have a  
look to see if there is anything that is overlooked. If I don't  
receive objections we will install this new (contab-trimmed.txt) file  
as quake's crontab on both servers.
