[EHPweb] Social Media Toolkit

I received the attached paper through a DOI email list, and even though it is written for health professionals, the information is equally as applicable to Hazards.  I thought some of you might be interested.  The USGS has a central location for all social media, and we're just beginning to explore this as a way to disseminate earthquake information.  If you have any ideas, please let me know.
