[EHPweb] ehp4 ready to come back online

All-

Our 4th webserver in Sioux Falls has been offline for quite a few weeks during the switch to the latest SVN architecture since we were side-tracked by several earthquakes and other more urgent issues.

But now it's ready to come back online, and we plan to do this Thursday morning.  Please check your content on the webserver at http://ehp4-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov/ and let us know before Thursday morning if you notice any problems.
