[EHPweb] New widgets

Two new widgets are available on the ehp servers: tablesort and imageslider. They are documented on the wiki at https://ehptools.cr.usgs.gov/trac/wiki/widgets

1) tablesort - Easily add dynamic sorting and filtering to any html table 
	Sample usage: 			http://ehpd-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov/template/widgets/tablesort/example.php

2) imageslider - Create a simple javascript image slideshow
	Sample usage: 			http://ehpd-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov/template/widgets/imageslider/example.php
	imageslider in action: 		http://landslides.usgs.gov/monitoring/dunsmore/
