SUMMARY: Scheduled Power Outage/Maintenance for the Sioux Falls Gateway.

Tuesday March 30, beginning at approximately 2:30 p.m., the critical power
buss feeding the UPS for the Sioux Falls Gateway will be shut down for 5
hours.  The intent is to have power back on by 7:22 p.m. This outage will
accomplish final wiring and startup of a new 500KVA UPS, the maintenance
bypass, and new battery disconnect breakers.
