[EHPweb] eqinthenews admin during menlo outage

Hi,

ehpmaster will be unavailable over the weekend during the menlo power and network outage, which also means the usual admin and eqinthenews control panels will be unavailable.

To manage event pages during this time, use the backup EqInTheNews control panel at this url:

	https://ehpbackup.cr.usgs.gov/admin/eqinthenews/
