[EHPweb] Menlo Park outage and EIDS

At this time, the pushit scripts are updated on ehpmaster and  
ehpbackup to exclude ehp2 and ehp3.

The pushit script on ehpstage has been similarly modified to remove  
ehpmaster, and will only push its content to ehpbackup.
