Hi Eric,

There is a typo in the test email (“receive”) below. I suggest deleting the words with the strike-through, and adding a period after the “click here to sign up”

This is minor, but when I click on the “audio” button for the captcha, it annunciates the captcha correctly, and then when I type in the code and hit submit, it continues to annunciate something weird.

The test sign-up site has security certificate errors. I presume that’s not an issue.

The test feature only sends out long email. What about a test of sending short messages to cell phones?

What would you do if someone reported that they received this message but did not request it? If there is nothing to be done, then delete the section in yellow below.

I think questionnaire is too long at 23 questions, and I bet most recipients won’t bother to fill it out. You’d probably get more responses if you kept it to less than 10 (and more like 5) general questions and retained the opportunity to comment.
