[EHPweb] EHP3 and CiimWebPas

For reference in case anyone missed the earlier emails...

The problem mentioned below has been resolved.  Both EHP3 and  
CiimWebPas have been re-synced (file system and MySQL) with EHPMaster  
and have also been added back to the DNS round robin for load  
balancing.  Please double-check your applications to make sure  
everything is running as expected on these servers.
