Jeremy,

This is great in additions to Dave's comments I would make it painfully 
clear that these are from NOAA

I would change
Tsunami Information to NOAA Tsunami Information or Tsunami Information 
provided by NOAA
and
Tsunami Information Statement from the WC/ATWC to Tsunami Information 
Statement from the NOAA WC/ATWC

We have moved Tsunami related addons from the Summary tab to a 
separate tab on the event page.

Here is an example with a Tsunami Warning Center (TWC) bulletin:
