[EHPweb] Recenteqs CA/NV maps

Hi Jeremy,

It looks good to me except for one small item. On the "Maps" tab, if you
click on the "Earthquake Location" icon, it takes you to
http://ehpd-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsus/Maps/US2/36.38.-1
23.-121.php rather than
http://ehpd-earthquake.cr.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqscanv/FaultMaps/122-3
7.html 

This is not related to the migration, but I have a long-standing complaint
about the data used in the "historical seismicity" maps. For example, 
http://neic.usgs.gov/neis/recent/nc71348041_h.html looks like the data comes
from the NEIC catalog instead of the ANSS catalog.  Consequently, the
locations are uncertain by as much as 10 km and the maps in areas like CA
look terrible. Can we PLEASE use the ANSS catalog. All it would take is to
copy over the ANSS catalog files that have changed once a day, then use the
eqselect program from the NCEDC to select the data for the map.

A version of the CA/NV fault maps is running on ehpdevel.  This is the  
version that will be used on earthquake to replace the version  
currently on quake.  It is linking to recenteqs US for event page  
content.
