[EHPweb] EIDS Update - QWIDS/EIDS v1.68

Hello,

We will be updating the EIDS hubs this afternoon starting at 2:30pm  
mountain time.  Hubs will be updated one at a time, and connected  
clients should automatically failover to other hubs.  There is no  
interruption of service expected.
