[EHPweb] Python Upgrade for ehpmaster

All,

There is a version of python running in /usr/local/bin that I would like
to upgrade from 2.5.1 to 2.5.5. For those of you have dependencies on
this particular installation, please let me know
if you have concerns about this upgrade or if there are additional modules
(i.e. MySQLdb) that need to be addressed / reinstalled. Otherwise, I'd
like to do this upgrade as it addresses some security
vulnerabilities.

FYI - This was already run on ehpbackup as Steve was the only person who
was using that python version and didn't seem to have any issues with the
upgrade.
