[EHPweb] EHP1 Static Paths

Below is a listing of files that have hard-coded the "/home/www/ 
earthquake" document root in them on EHP1.  EHP1 is in production at  
this point so these hard-codings may or may not be causing problems.   
The multiplier to the left of each file name is the number of times  
the hard-coded document root appears in that file.
