[EHPweb] EQ Hazards Program website lauch starting

We are releasing the updated EHP web site within the next half hour.   
I will send another email when the release is complete and you can  
access the updated site.

For those interested in the details of the launch, I'm updating the  
earthquake origin in ITM and flushing the Level3 cache.  Before the  
switch we are running on ehpbackup, ehp3, and ehp4.  After the switch  
we will be running on ehpmaster, ehp1, and ehp2.
