To All Web Developers:
We are still working on the website on the development server and have
postponed going live until October 26. I will send another email when
it's time to check your webpages on that server.
Note: The development freeze does not apply to updates that regularly
go directly to ehpmaster and have been excepted from version control.
Thanks - Lisa

All Web Developers:
We are completing the final transition to the new EHP website template
and organization right now. The plan is to have it online on Monday,
October 19. Redirects will be in place for a while to catch links
that have changed that we missed, although I will run a linkchecker on
the entire website while it is still on the development server.
All regular web development, maintenance, and updates will be frozen
at COB this Friday, October 9 so that we can move files and
directories into their new positions. Please DO NOT make any changes
on any of the webservers after this Friday. If there is an urgent
need to make a change to a webpage after that date, please contact me
first so that we can coordinate it without problems.
I will send out these emails next week:
1) asking you to check your pages on the development server
2) telling you when the switch to the new template and navigation will
take place
3) telling you when the switch is complete
4) letting you know when you can commence development on the
development server
Thanks for your cooperation.
- Lisa
