[EHPweb] ImageMagick/Apache on ehpdevel

All,

I've installed ImageMagick v6.5.6-8 on ehpdevel.  Would you please go in 
to your respective apps/locations and verify that you have no 
imcompatibilities.  If not, I will push this update to the public servers.

Also,  with this, I will be upgrading Apache to 2.2.14 from 2.2.11 to 
address vulnerabilities and to enable mod_headers.
