Only files named index.html in DYFI and PAGER have 2 minute expirations.


On line 69 of earthquake.conf:
<LocationMatch "^(/php-fcgi)?/eqcenter/(images/thumbs|catalogs| 
eqinthenews|(dyfi|pager)/events/.*index.html|recenteqs(us|ww)| 
shakemap)">


If you remove the ".*index.html" portion ALL DYFI and PAGER events  
content will have a 2 minute expiration.  So, it would look something  
like:
<LocationMatch "^(/php-fcgi)?/eqcenter/(images/thumbs|catalogs| 
eqinthenews|(dyfi|pager)/events/|recenteqs(us|ww)|shakemap)">
