[EHPweb] EHPBackup

Chris and I have worked to migrate EHPBackup to the svn/vhosts/apps  
structure as the first step in the process of completing the migration  
of our other public-facing web-servers.  Please review your pages on  
this server to make sure everything is working properly and let me or  
Chris know if you notice anything out of the ordinary.  From initial  
looks I have the following specific comments:

Madeleine:
	Can you please begin pushing the today_fact.inc and related files  
onto EHPBackup in the appropriate "vhosts" folder.

Lisa:
	It looks like there is an extra event listed in the EQ in the News  
section on the homepage for EHPBackup.

Steve:
	DYFI and PAGER both have significant problems and may not even be  
installed/running.  I'm not sure which version you want to put out on  
this machine but it is meant to serve as a viable backup for  
EHPMaster.  I can work with you to set this up if you want.

Jeremy/Steve:
	The Shakemap home page seems out of date (June 23).  Does the indexer  
need to be modified to accommodate the new vhosts structure?

Please note that this content is currently synchronized to the June 25  
build of the website so some content may be slightly out of date.   
Once we feel the server and configuration is stable we will start  
updating daily releases on this machine in addition to EHPMaster.
