[EHPweb] ehzden.cr.usgs.gov connections erratic

Ssh connections from UC Berkeley to ehzden.cr.usgs.gov have been very slow and
erratic today, sometimes timing out, sometimes being closed before the
connection is completed. 

Connections to ehznorth, ehzeast and ehzmenlo are normal, so this appears to
be a problem unique to ehzden.
